Maintenance Manager – Lead Plant Reliability

Grn-Search-Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Crumlin, Northern Ireland. Lead the maintenance function across a busy industrial processing operation, developing preventative maintenance schedules and coordinating breakdown response and priorities.

You will manage a team of welders and fitters, oversee procurement, budgets and supplier contracts, and drive engineering improvement projects to maximise plant reliability and minimise downtime.
