Maintenance Manager – Lead PPM & Reactive Services

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for our East Kilbride site. You will lead a multi-skilled team to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring safety, compliance, and high service standards.

The role is based on-site with responsibilities spanning budgeting, KPI reporting, and stakeholder liaison within an established Estates and Facilities team. On-call duties and development opportunities are included.
