Advanced Building & Maintenance Services Ltd are looking to hire a Multi-Trader / Bathroom Adaptations fitter. OWN VAN IS ESSENTIAL Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Sole Trader Role Hours -Mon-Friday, 8-5pm Advanced Building & Maintenance will do the following: Supply waste disposal Pay and overtime rates: Competitive - price work Tiling Plastering Painting Advanced Building & Maintenance will do the following: Supply waste disposal A DBS check will be obtained if you are successful with the role of multi trader/bathroom fitter Own van How many years of Plumbing/ multi trade experience do you have? CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme), Asbestos Awareness What qualifications do you have with relevance to multi trades/bathroom fitters? CSCS (preferred) Driving License (required)
