Our primary focus is developing new residential and industrial projects and managing a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial assets.
We are looking to grow our current maintenance team and are seeking a flexible, hands on individual with a broad range of maintenance skills who can respond effectively to the needs of the site.
You will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance, repairs and planned preventative maintenance, ensuring the site remains safe, functional and well maintained at all times.
Responsibilities Carry out general maintenance repairs, planned preventative maintenance and facilities tasks as required.
Complete maintenance and project work as directed by the relevant manager.
Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with current legislation, company policies and good working practice.
Carry out maintenance work to the relevant trade and professional standards.
Identify and report any maintenance issues, defects or potential health and safety concerns.
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors and other site staff.
Assist with project and improvement works across the site as required.
Ensure Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Maintain a professional and organised approach to all maintenance duties.
Undertake any other reasonable duties required to support the effective operation of the site.
Work in accordance with all MCR Property Group policies and procedures.
Requirements Previous experience in construction, property maintenance, facilities maintenance or a related trade.
Good understanding of general maintenance and repair work.
Understanding of Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Flexible approach to working hours and duties.
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
CSCS card is desirable.
Benefits 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day for every completed year up to a maximum of 25 days. xwzovoh
