Maintenance Operative Location: Prime Residential Estate, North West London Salary: £40,000 per annum Contract: Permanent | Full-Time Be the Face of a Prestigious Residential Estate We're recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading property brands for a Maintenance Operative to join a prestigious residential estate in North West London. This is far more than a traditional maintenance role. You'll be the day-to-day face of the estate, building strong relationships with residents, liaising with the client and ensuring the development is maintained to an exceptional standard. If you're hands-on, take pride in your work and enjoy dealing with people just as much as carrying out repairs, this could be the perfect opportunity. The Role No two days are the same. You'll combine practical maintenance duties with resident engagement, contractor coordination and estate operations to help deliver an outstanding living environment. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance and decorating across the estate. Acting as the first point of contact for residents with maintenance-related queries. Coordinating specialist contractors and overseeing works on site. Completing regular inspections of communal areas and vacant properties.
