Maintenance Shift Fitter

Maintenance Technician  Liverpool City Centre  £15.00 per hour  Monday to Friday, 09:30–18:00  ASAP start until 4th September Our client is seeking a temporary Maintenance Operative to support day‑to‑day upkeep across a busy Liverpool City Centre site. This role is ideal for someone with strong practical ability, a reliable work ethic, and confidence completing general building maintenance. General maintenance - Carry out routine upkeep and basic repair work across the building. Site cleanliness -Ensure all work areas remain clean, tidy, and safe. Manual handling - Assist with moving furniture and materials, including chairs, mattresses, and sofas, working alongside the onsite MT. Issue reporting - Identify and report maintenance concerns promptly to the relevant team members. Compliance checks - Support with fire door inspections, emergency lighting (EML) testing, and other routine compliance tasks where experience allows. Maintenance experience - Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a similar role is desirable.
