Maintenance Supervisor FM Service Provider Kings Cross, London Up to £60,000 per annum
CBW is currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity within one of Londons most prestigious and high-profile mixed-use developments. This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality building maintenance services across a large, busy estate comprising commercial offices, retail spaces, public realm areas, and residential properties, ensuring both planned and reactive maintenance is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 08:00am 17:00pm
Overtime Available
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate building maintenance engineers and specialist subcontractors
- Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are delivered to required standards
- Review, approve, and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
- Issue and control Permits to Work in line with site safety procedures
- Monitor and update CAFM systems, ensuring accurate maintenance records
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies
- Produce reports, track KPIs/SLAs, and support contract performance reviews
