This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will lead the engineering team, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure maximum equipment reliability across a modern automated manufacturing facility. Sector – Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Supervisor Previous leadership or management experience. Electrically biased engineering background. Hands-on maintenance experience within manufacturing, industrial, or Armed Forces environments. Full UK Driving Licence.
