Want to to join a fast paced growing manufacturer in Redditch? My client are looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor/Engineering co-ordinator to mainly focus on supporting systems for Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reliability Maintenance, devise PM schedules. Parts control and the monitoring of team performance. This will be part hands on part hands off, full autonomy on the night shift and will report to the Engineering Manager.
There is flexibility with work hours for this role, you will be required to work 4 chosen nights across 6 nights which will consist of four 10 hour shifts Sunday
Friday
This will suit a hands on electrical maintenance engineer from an fmcg background who wants to step up into a senior position and doesnt mind a hybrid role hands on/desk based.

really stable Involvement in root cause analysis, continuous improvement and project work Overtime paid at a premium, do one night shift a month extra and earn almost £60,000!
Experience required for the Maintenance Supervisor:
Management experience within an engineering function. Experience working in FMCG environment or similar fast paced manufacturing operation. Knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems Experience of managing projects from design to sign off In depth understanding of mechanical, electrical and logic control systems Experience of computerised maintenance management systems.
