Maintenance Team Lead – Buildings, Safety & Grounds

CHAS is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader for Robin House in Balloch. You will lead a small team to maintain the hospice’s buildings, grounds, equipment and essential services, ensuring safety, compliance and a welcoming environment for children, families, staff and volunteers.

You will coordinate maintenance activities, oversee inspections, manage contractors, and support improvement projects, while fostering a culture of safety and service excellence across CHAS’ Robin House estate.
