Maintenance Team Leader (B1.1) – Lead Aircraft Techs

British Airways is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader (UK CAA B1) for Glasgow to lead and supervise scheduled maintenance tasks, inspections and defect rectification in the Production team. You will manage day-to-day workload, develop your team and ensure safety, quality and regulatory standards are met.

The role requires a UK CAA Part 66 B1.1 licence, minimum 3 years in aircraft maintenance, and experience leading teams in a heavy maintenance environment, with the ability to work 4-on-4-off
