Maintenance Team Leader (Ex-Forces) - PLC Training + Overtime

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader based in Flint. You will lead a team of maintenance engineers, plan maintenance activities, maintain records, and manage budgets, while performing machinery inspections and hands-on repairs. Ex-forces background or similar is preferred.

The role offers £42,000-£45,000 plus overtime (OTE 60K), 33 days holiday and a 6% pension, with training on PLCs, NEBOSH and IOSH to support your development.
