Maintenance Team Leader: Safe, Welcoming Hospice Estate

Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS) is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader for Robin House in Balloch. You will lead a small maintenance and gardening team, ensuring buildings, grounds and services are safe, compliant and reliable to support children, families, staff and volunteers.

You’ll plan and supervise planned and reactive maintenance, manage service contracts and contractors, and drive improvements while maintaining high standards of care and a welcoming environment across CHAS sites.
