This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities or maintenance professional to lead a multi-skilled team responsible for maintaining a large and varied estate. Working closely with the Estates & Facilities Manager, you will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, coordinate planned and reactive repairs, support site improvement projects, manage contractors, and ensure the site remains safe, compliant, and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of maintenance and grounds staff. Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across the estate. Support refurbishment, repair, and facilities improvement projects. Manage contractor activity and ensure compliance with health & safety standards. Oversee essential site safety checks and maintenance schedules. Deputise for the Estates & Facilities Manager as required.
