We manufacture high-performance heat exchange units and cooling modules for OEMs across the off-highway, construction and agricultural sectors.

We're seeking a Maintenance Technician with either an Electrical or Mechanical bias to support our production operation.

Working across a varied range of manufacturing equipment, you'll diagnose faults, complete planned maintenance and help improve machinery reliability within a busy manufacturing environment.

Working Hours & Benefits Alternating Shifts Week 1 Monday Thursday: 6:00am 2:00pm Friday: 6:00am 11:00am Week 2 Monday Thursday: 2:00pm 10:00pm Friday: 11:00am 4:00pm Benefits include: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Stakeholder Pension Scheme (up to 10% employer contribution) Life Assurance (4x salary) Permanent Health Insurance (PHI) Subsidised canteen Discounted gym membership Employee Assistance Programme Discounts across hundreds of UK retailers Free onsite parking Key Responsibilities Diagnose, fault-find and repair manufacturing equipment Respond to production breakdowns safely and effectively Complete preventative maintenance and equipment improvements Interpret electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings Work across both legacy and modern manufacturing machinery Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS Support continuous improvement initiatives Promote high standards of safety and housekeeping Essential Experience & Qualifications Time served engineering apprenticeship Minimum ONC, City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent At least two years' manufacturing maintenance experience Strong electrical and/or mechanical fault-finding skills PLC fault-finding experience Experience maintaining production machinery xwzovoh Root cause analysis and reliability improvement experience Able to work independently or within a team Required Skills Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills Logical approach to troubleshooting Strong understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems Safe systems of work and isolation procedures Good communication and organisational skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-class manufacturer where you'll work on a wide variety of machinery, develop your technical expertise and play a key role in keeping production running efficiently.
