Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and safety of our resident buildings, ensuring a comfortable and secure living environment for our residents. In this role, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities, including: Reactive Maintenance Scheduled Maintenance General upkeepYou will collaborate closely with the customer support team to ensure residents have a pleasant experience, by delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Maintenance Day-to-day management of reactive and preventative maintenance. Identifying and rectifying resident maintenance issues, e.g. unblocking sinks and showers, 'making good' damaged paintwork. Ensuring a secure, comfortable, and safe environment. Taking pride in the appearance of the property. Carrying out checks and building walks, logging all observations on a company iPad. Inspecting the risers, communal areas, the powerhouse, and the plant room. Supporting Residents Working with colleagues from the Customer and Night Teams to achieve the best results and solutions for residents, 24/7. Respectful of people's privacy and personal information - full training on all aspects of GDPR is provided. Providing excellent customer service.
