Major Incident Manager Belfast Up to £70,000 On-Call Payments Location: Belfast On-site Salary: £60,000 £70,000 depending on experience Clearance: Must be eligible for SC Clearance Were looking for an experienced Major Incident Manager to join a growing Major Incident Management function based on-site in Belfast.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has genuinely owned and managed high-priority incidents within complex environments.
Youll take control during critical incidents, coordinate technical and operational teams, and ensure clear communication with senior stakeholders through to resolution.
For the more senior hire, were looking for someone who can also provide leadership across the wider MIM function, help develop best practice and drive continuous improvement.
What youll be doing Taking ownership of major and business-critical incidents through to resolution Leading Major Incident bridge calls and coordinating technical and operational teams Managing escalations and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders Driving improvements across Major Incident Management processes For senior hires, providing leadership and support across the wider MIM team What were looking for Strong hands-on Major Incident Management experience Proven experience leading high-priority incidents in complex environments Good knowledge of ITIL, Incident Management and ITSM tooling Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to remain calm, make decisions and take ownership under pressure Experience within large-scale managed services, technology consultancy or public-sector environments would be beneficial Package £60,000 £70,000 base salary , depending on level and experience Additional on-call payments when required 5% matched pension Uncapped paid certifications 23 days holiday, rising to 27 days Additional company benefits Important This is a full-time on-site role in Belfast.
Working hours operate on a MondayFriday shift pattern within the wider 07:0019:00 window , for example 07:0016:00/08:00-17:00.
There will also be an on-call requirement to provide senior cover during critical incidents. xwzovoh
Candidates do not need to currently hold SC Clearance , but must be eligible to obtain it.
