Major Projects Programme Delivery Lead - Interim West midlands | Hybrid - 3 days on site 9 months | Up to £900 per day Our client is seeking an experienced Major Projects Programme Delivery Lead to take a senior role in delivering one of the West Midlands' most significant regeneration and infrastructure programmes. This is a unique opportunity to help maximise the impact of Metro Phase 2 and Dudley Interchange, using this once-in-a-generation investment as a catalyst for wider regeneration, economic growth and place-making. The Role You will provide senior leadership across the clients major regeneration, infrastructure and place-based programmes. Key priorities include: Leading operational readiness for Metro Phase 2 and Dudley Interchange. Establishing an integrated Major Projects Programme. Leading the Dudley Ecosystem Masterplan, including procurement and consultant management. Strengthening programme governance, reporting, risk management and delivery. Working with senior Council leaders, elected Members and regional partners. Driving pace, accountability and tangible outcomes.
