Location: Ferndown, Dorset
Salary: £13.09 per hour plus benefits.
Hours: 28 hours per week
Driving Licence: A full UK manual licence is required

This is a physical, hands-on role for someone who is experienced in supporting people that may demonstrate challenging behaviour, and to succeed youll have:
Good spoken and written English
A full UK manual driving licence

A practical, active approach to work, with the ability to support people throughout the day
A caring, positive and resilient mindset

Who Youll Be Supporting
The gentleman supported by SeeAbility in his own home, is looking for resilient, patient, and non-judgemental individuals to help him live life to the fullest. He loves being out in the communitywhether its swimming, visiting the zoo, enjoying local events, or relaxing at a coffee shop or pub. At home, he enjoys jigsaw puzzles, crafting, and creating art from magazines.
He has autism and mild learning disabilities, and while his behaviour can sometimes be physically challenging, hes seeking someone dependable and compassionate whos ready to make a real difference.
