Reed Accountancy are recruiting on behalf of a successful and established business on the Fylde Coast for a Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified ACCA/CIMA professional (or QBE) to join a fast-paced, commercially focused environment where you'll work closely with operational teams to deliver meaningful financial insight and support business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce monthly management accounts, reports and financial analysis
- Deliver variance analysis and KPI reporting to support decision-making
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and month-end accounting processes
- Drive process improvements and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
About You
- Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience
- Experience within a Management Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant role
- Strong reporting, analysis and management accounts experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs/VLOOKUPs
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
Salary & Benefits
- £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary
- Annual bonus up to 8%
