Management Accountant
for its South Wales headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to join a successful business with ambitious growth plans and a strong market position. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of the monthly management accounts for a key business unit while partnering with operational stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts Cash flow reporting and forecasting Maintaining financial ledgers and balance sheet reconciliations Statutory accounts preparation Producing KPI reporting and performance analysis Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes Assisting with year-end and interim audits Identifying opportunities to improve financial controls, reporting and processes Providing cross-functional support across the wider finance team About You We're looking for a proactive and commercially aware accountant who enjoys working in a growing business environment. You will ideally have: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or be newly qualified) Strong accounting experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel capabilities Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience of improving financial processes and reporting What's on Offer?
