Plymouth/ Hybrid (2 days in office) - £45,000 – £50,000 - Full time - Temp/ Permanent

I’m working exclusively with a high-profile organisation based in Plymouth that operates across several small trading entities and requires an adaptable Management Accountant to join their established finance team.

This position will support a busy head of finance and oversee day to day accounting tasks, including:

- Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packs, maintaining tight financial controls and accurate cost allocations.

- Bank reconciliations, cashflow forecasting and consolidation of trading entities to deliver clear, timely reporting to stakeholders.

- Overseeing VAT returns, inter-company transactions and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

- Assisting with annual budgeting and forecasting, and contributing to ongoing process improvements and system development.

- Working closely with an analyst and bookkeeper in a small, friendly finance team, and liaising with operational managers to provide support across the group.
