Management Accountant – Construction Location: Swansea Salary: £45,000 per annum, depending on experience Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Pro Staff Construction are recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to join a fast-growing construction business based in Swansea. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified, qualified or experienced Management Accountant who enjoys taking ownership of the month-end process and wants to play a key role within a growing finance function. Key Responsibilities * Prepare month-end accounts, journals and balance sheet reconciliations * Manage Group and SPV bank reconciliations * Manage WIP, development costs and intercompany accounting * Prepare monthly CVR reports * Process weekly and monthly payroll * Prepare CIS300 and VAT returns * Manage sales invoicing and credit control * Support quarterly SPV accounts and year-end audit Requirements * Part-qualified/qualified CIMA, ACCA or equivalent, or relevant experience * Strong month-end and management accounting experience * Knowledge of payroll, CIS and VAT * Construction, property development or SPV experience desirable * Confident using Xero and Excel * Organised, proactive and comfortable managing deadlines Package Up to £45,000 per annum DOE Bonus scheme | Private healthcare | Pension | Onsite parking Apply now with your CV or contact Pro Staff Construction for more information
