Based at our excellent facility in Felixstowe (FMDC) the role of the Account Manager will be to maintain and further develop quality relationships with existing key account customers and also champion operational success and ensure customer retention and development is always a priority. Manage current key account customer(s) Maintain effective relationships with existing customers and internal business units Provide an exceptional level of service to customers Speaking to customers via MS Outlook, MS Teams and telephone, helping them with their questions and resolving their issues Engage with the warehouse departments to keep the communication flow effective Identify and communicate ways the company can continuously improve in all areas of customer interaction and operations Complete training as necessary to develop skill sets and knowledge base Completion of any other duties as reasonably requested by the Management Team Minimum of 1 years experience within a Logistics Account Management background Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel.
