Are you an experienced Sales Order Processing professional who enjoys improving processes, developing teams and driving operational excellence?
We are looking for a Sales Order Processing Manager to lead a small team responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer and supplier orders. This role will have a particular focus on overseeing, developing and streamlining the Sales Order Processing (SOP) function to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
The Role
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 3
- Oversee the end-to-end Sales Order Processing function
- Ensure customer and supplier orders are processed accurately and efficiently
- Review and improve SOP workflows, procedures and best practices
- Identify process improvements and remove operational bottlenecks
- Monitor KPIs and drive performance across the department
- Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Quality and Operations teams
- Resolve escalated order, customer and supplier queries
- Ensure service levels are maintained and continuously improved
- Act as the voice of the team, ensuring operational priorities are represented across the business
