Sales Order Processing Manager ?? £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits | Immediate Opportunity Are you an experienced Sales Order Processing professional who enjoys improving processes, developing teams and driving operational excellence? We are looking for a Sales Order Processing Manager to lead a small team responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer and supplier orders. This role will have a particular focus on overseeing, developing and streamlining the Sales Order Processing (SOP) function to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. The Role Lead, coach and develop a team of 3 Oversee the end-to-end Sales Order Processing function Ensure customer and supplier orders are processed accurately and efficiently Review and improve SOP workflows, procedures and best practices Identify process improvements and remove operational bottlenecks Monitor KPIs and drive performance across the department Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Quality and Operations teams Resolve escalated order, customer and supplier queries Ensure service levels are maintained and continuously improved Act as the voice of the team, ensuring operational priorities are represented across the business About You Previous experience managing or overseeing a Sales Order Processing function Strong understanding of order management, customer service and operational processes Experience within sales operations, customer operations, supply chain, purchasing or a similar environment Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements Experience leading, mentoring or supervising a team Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills Confident using KPIs and reporting data to drive decision-making Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment What's On Offer? ? £35,000 - £40,000 salary (negotiable) ?
