Manager - Healthcare Consulting

4C Associates is looking for a Manager to support the continued growth of our Healthcare practice. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to lead client engagements, manage project teams and help shape practical solutions for healthcare clients.

We’re looking for someone with strong consulting experience, ideally gained within a large/global consultancy or comparable specialist firm, with experience across Healthcare and/or Life Sciences. Healthcare experience is preferred, but we’re also open to those with a blended consulting and industry background.

The ideal candidate will bring a broad consulting skillset across areas such as operating model design, transformation, cost reduction, procurement and supply chain improvement. They will be confident leading projects, managing senior stakeholders, developing teams and contributing to the growth of a high-performing consulting practice.

Key experience:

• Strong consulting background, ideally from a large/global or specialist consultancy

• Experience across Healthcare and/or Life Sciences, with Healthcare preferred

• Broad transformation skillset across operating model, cost reduction, procurement and/or supply chain

• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage project teams

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills

• Commercial mindset and interest in supporting the growth of our Healthcare offering
