Job Description

• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Oversee recruitment, staff scheduling and ongoing training to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service
• Ensure customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Facilitate superior guest experiences, including addressing customer complaints
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customer
• Additional ad‑hoc store manager duties as needed
• Negotiate vendor contracts
• Oversee inventory and the condition of perishable goods, utensils and cooking supplies

Job Requirements

• Good communication, customer and interpersonal skills
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience is preferred
