The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy Air Conditioning division in the City of London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong manager who can lead a team of engineers, oversee maintenance operations, and build lasting client relationships while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the Air Conditioning division.
Lead, support, and develop a team of Air Conditioning Engineers.
Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and small project works.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact.
Plan engineer workloads and manage resources effectively.
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in line with contractual requirements.
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Provide technical support and guidance to engineers when required.
Requirements Proven experience managing Air Conditioning Engineers or Air Conditioning contracts.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, and FCUs.
Valid F-Gas Category 1 Certification.
Previous experience within Facilities Management or building services.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong communication and client-facing experience.
Full UK Driving Licence.
