Managing Quantity Surveyor

Multi Trades Recruitment are working on behalf of a Tier 1 main contractor delivering a major infrastructure project on the Net Zero Teesside project. We are currently seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team and play a key role in the successful delivery of this landmark project, based in the Newcastle area. This role is inside IR35 The Role As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing contracts, costs, and commercial activities across a complex infrastructure and civil engineering environment. You will work closely with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to maximise value, control costs, manage risk, and ensure successful project outcomes. This role requires a commercially astute individual with strong NEC contract experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide leadership and guidance to less experienced members of the commercial team.
