Manhattan Active WMS Consultant / SME

Northampton (5 Days Onsite) | Initial 3-6 Month Contract | Outside IR35

We are seeking experienced Manhattan Active WMS Consultants / SMEs to join a major warehouse optimisation and transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in enhancing and optimising the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management platform while working closely with warehouse operations, supply chain teams, and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)

Work with business and operational stakeholders to gather and define requirements

Analyse warehouse processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement

Configure and support Manhattan Active WMS solutions

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions

Support UAT, go-live activities, and hypercare phases

Troubleshoot system and production issues

Support integrations, testing, releases, and deployments

Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, enhancements, and new feature adoption

Deliver knowledge transfer and end-user support where required

Essential Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)

Strong experience configuring and supporting Manhattan Active solutions

Excellent understanding of Manhattan Active architecture and functionality

Previous involvement in Manhattan Active implementation, upgrade, or optimisation programmes

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes

Ability to bridge the gap between operational teams and technical delivery teams

Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

Experience supporting testing, UAT, go-live, and production support xkybehq activities

Desirable Experience

• Experience supporting API integrations and data flows

Experience within large-scale warehouse, distribution, retail, or logistics environments

Background in warehouse transformation or continuous improvement initiatives

Contract Details

• Location: Northampton (5 days per week onsite)

Duration: Initial 3-6 months

Start Date: ASAP
