• Manufacturing Director jobs role / Ops Director jobs role Gainsborough Lincolnshire - production focus
• SME 25 to 30 headcount manufacturer of precision components (part of a large group)
• Happy to look at Head of Manufacturing, Operations Director, General Manager or Operations Managers who are seeking MD jobs / Managing Director jobs roles in Lincolnshire (who have strong production/manufacturing experience mechanical)
• Highly profitable business. This is NOT a turnaround. Must have production focus.
• Package over £100,000. Salary TBC but likely to be £85,000 - £90,000 + £7,200 car allowance plus then company bonus structure (tagging an extra £6,000 on top) plus 33 days holiday (including banks) plus then pension of 10%. Salary still TBC but I think rule out if you are seeking over £105,000 as a base salary
