I'm working with a well-established manufacturer that's investing in its engineering function and looking to appoint a Manufacturing Engineer to play a key role in improving manufacturing performance across the site.

You'll be involved in:

- Continuous Improvement & Lean projects

- Root Cause Analysis and problem solving

- Process optimisation and yield improvement

- CAPEX projects and equipment implementation

- Working closely with Production, Maintenance and Quality teams

- Process trials and manufacturing improvements

I'm keen to speak with Manufacturing Engineers who have experience of:

• Manufacturing/process engineering within a production environment

• Root Cause Analysis and structured problem solving

• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement

• Process optimisation and performance improvement xwzovoh

• CAPEX projects and equipment implementation

• Building strong relationships with shop floor teams
