About the Role
As Manufacturing Engineer, you'll get hands-on with the manufacturing process, identifying and implementing improvements that boost efficiency, quality, and productivity across the site. What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates with:
A traditional engineering background, ideally gained through an apprenticeship
Hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment, such as machining, fabrication, sheet metal, pressings, or tool making
A genuine interest in manufacturing improvement and process development
A practical, problem-solving approach and the confidence to work directly on the shop floor
