Manufacturing & Inspection Auditor Location: Leamington Spa (On-site) Shift: Primarily day shift, with occasional night/weekend auditing We're supporting a high-performance engineering organisation based in Leamington Spa that is looking to appoint a Manufacturing & Inspection Auditor into a hands-on quality role. This position would suit an experienced Senior Component Inspector from a low-volume precision engineering environment who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and influencing quality standards across a manufacturing operation. The Role Reporting into the Head of Compliance, you'll play a key role in ensuring inspection capability across the manufacturing and quality teams. You'll be responsible for auditing inspection activities, verifying competency, and ensuring the correct use of measurement equipment - supporting a strong right‑first‑time and continuous improvement culture.
