As a Manufacturing Manager you will be expected to lead from the front and set the standard, please note the role is based in Northamptonshire. Responsibilities Manufacturing Manager Lead manufacturing operations across multiple production lines. Production Line Standards in Quality, Safety and Process. Employee Performance & Development. Delivering on Company Mission, Vision & Values. Ensure safe, high-quality and cost-effective production. Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, environmental and ethical standards.
