Manufacturing Operations Lead | Lean, Regulated, P&L

Stryker in Belfast is seeking a high-impact manufacturing leader responsible for end-to-end production performance, financial results and team development on-site.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning and capital investments while driving lean initiatives, safety and regulatory compliance across the site.

Reporting to the Site Lead, you will build a high-performing team and lead cross-functional improvement projects to sustain performance.
