Manufacturing Operative / Worker

Were looking for a proactive and driven Manufacturing Operative to join our fast-paced team at Natures Way Foods. In this hands-on role, youll be at the heart of our production processensuring our machinery runs smoothly, customer orders are met to high standards, and safety always comes first. Shift pattern We operate a rotational shift pattern covering both days and nights 7:00am7:00pm. Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday 1,100 for working days and nights £3,000 invested in your training from day one Free English lessons (if required) Employer matched pension up to 5% Health cash plan Flexible benefits including; Corporate gym discounts, enhanced maternity & paternity policy and many more Access to online GP & life assurance Operating of specialised production machinery, ensuring each machine is running effectively and safely at all times. Supervising Production Operatives and agency staff working on site. Ensuring our customer orders are met to our high standards of quality. Previous experience in a factory or production environment Natures Way Foods is the leading manufacturer of prepared salads, coleslaw and food-to-go for supermarkets and retailers, and as such we work closely with farmers across Europe.
