Manufacturing Process Technician - Machining Leamington Spa £34,000 Per Annum Permanent Position Day Shift Immediate Start Ready to take the next step in precision manufacturing? Our client is recruiting for a Manufacturing Process Technician to support day-to-day production and drive continuous improvement within a busy machine shop environment. What you'll be doing: Supporting production operations and delivering operational goals Improving machining processes using lean/continuous improvement principles Working closely with Manufacturing Engineers on daily activity and projects Supporting CNC machining processes Creating tool drawings, managing cutting tool stock (min/max), ordering tools and maintaining a tool library Programming CMM equipment Working to ISO9001 / ISO14001 standards and following all EHS requirements What we're looking for: Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment Strong CNC machining/process support experience A quality-first mindset with a focus on safety and standards Confidence improving processes and working collaboratively across teams How to apply: Send your CV confirming your interest and a member of our team will contact you shortly.
