Marine Technical Support Specialist Location: Garmin Eastleigh, 4 Parham Dr, Boyatt Wood, Eastleigh SO50 4NU Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 -17:30 Salary: £30,444 per annum Plus Excellent Benefits Are you interested in boats, navigation, and marine technology? As part of our friendly and knowledgeable team of Marine Product Specialists, you'll work closely with customers, dealers, and distributors, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support. Purpose of the Job: This role exists within a busy call centre environment in the Marine Technical Support team. You will be responsible for answering technical Marine queries, providing both pre and post-sales support. You will also be part of a second level support team, assisting the rest of EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa at a high level. Responsible for meeting daily team and personal performance targets to ensure we are delivering a good customer service to our consumers. Support with testing units to resolve customer issues.
