Our marine client based in Glasgow is seeking a proactive Crewing Officer for a full-time, permanent role. You will ensure vessels are crewed with qualified personnel, manage certifications, and maintain documentation to support smooth operations across ships.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, processing applications, verifying qualifications, liaising with clients and management, and assisting with payroll checks. Some UK/Europe travel is required in this on-site role.
