Marketing Account Executive

Marketing Account Executive Location: Aylesbury/ Hybrid Our client is currently seeking a Marketing Account Executive to join their account management team on a full-time permanent basis. The Account Executive will support and work closely with the Account Director across a portfolio of client accounts. Playing a key role in day-to-day account and project management, helping to keep client work on track, well-organised and delivered to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: * Support the Account Director in the day-to-day management of client accounts * Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships * Work closely with specialists, including strategy, design, content, web, search and social * Help prepare client reports, status updates and meeting agendas * Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, flagging risks or delays * Attend client meetings, taking clear notes and following up on actions * Support the wider account team with general administration Key Skills and Experience: * 6–12 months experience in an agency environment * Strong organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * A proactive problem-solver who can spot issues early and help find solutions * Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, internally and with clients * A keen eye for detail and accuracy * Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines Company Benefits: * Hybrid working * Casual dress * Company events * Company pension * On-site parking * Sick pay FS1 Recruitment is a UK-based recruitment agency providing solutions within the Sales, Marketing and Creative fields for permanent, freelance and contract positions please contact us to discuss one of our many positions
