Our client, a well-established engineering business, is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their team in Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with around 1 year of marketing experience to develop their career within a technical engineering environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of a range of digital marketing activities, including video content, website management, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Marketing Executive Permanent Position Salary: £25,000–£30,000 (DOE) Monday to Friday – On-Site Leicestershire Marketing Executive Job Description • Create engaging video and digital content to showcase the company's products, services, projects, and capabilities • Manage and maintain website content, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and engaging • Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, creating and scheduling regular content • Create, edit, and manage content for the company's YouTube channel • Support wider marketing campaigns and initiatives across the business • Work closely with engineering and internal teams to understand technical products and turn them into engaging marketing content • Monitor digital engagement and identify opportunities to improve the company's online presence Marketing Executive Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related subject • Suitable for a recent graduate or candidate with around 1 year of marketing experience • Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation • Confident creating video content and willing to develop video editing skills • Experience or understanding of LinkedIn, YouTube, and website content management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Creative approach with strong attention to detail • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks • Willingness to work 5 days a week on-site and develop an understanding of the engineering industry If you, or anyone you know are interested in the role, click apply or send your CV to (url removed)
