Marketing Executive £30,000 | Manchester - 4 days office / 1 day home | Property Axon Moore are exclusively working with a well-established property business that is looking for a Marketing Executive to join them at an exciting time of change. You’ll be working across a broad range of marketing activity, getting out and about across properties, creating content and working closely with the wider lettings and property teams. The business is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership and get stuck in from day one.The Role This is a varied, hands-on marketing position where you’ll have plenty of opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table. You’ll be involved in:

• Creating and managing engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Planning, creating and scheduling organic social media content
• Visiting properties and apartments to capture photo and video content
• Creating marketing materials and digital assets using tools such as Canva and CapCut
• Supporting the presentation and dressing of apartments to ensure they are market-ready
• Updating property listings and creating creative assets to support campaigns
