An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the multi award-winning HarperNonFiction marcomms team as a Marketing Manager.
HarperNonFiction is one of the UK’s leading entertainment and lifestyle publishers, home to some of the biggest names and bestselling brands in nonfiction. Our publishing spans memoir, music, sport, wellness, cookery, smart thinking, popular culture and narrative nonfiction, with authors including Cher, Peter Kay, Jay Shetty, Debbie Harry, Joe Marler, Paulo Coelho, Vogue Williams, Adam Buxton and the Map Men.
Alongside our flagship entertainment publishing, our imprints include Mudlark, our narrative nonfiction list; Thorsons, our wellbeing and lifestyle imprint; and our real-life story imprint Element, championing voices from everyday people. Together, they form one of the most varied and culturally connected publishing lists in the industry.
This is an opportunity to work on campaigns at the intersection of publishing, entertainment, digital culture and media. We are looking for a creative, commercially minded and digitally fluent marketer who is excited by big ideas, cultural conversation and creating standout campaigns that drive engagement, awareness and sales.
You might already be working in publishing, or you may come from a different creative industry such as media, entertainment, podcasting, music, talent-led brands, consumer marketing or digital content. What matters most is strong campaign instinct, creative ambition and a genuine understanding of how audiences engage with culture today.
The successful candidate will lead and shape integrated campaigns across our Entertainment, Lifestyle and Mudlark publishing verticals, working closely with authors, agents, media partners and internal teams to create standout publishing moments for some of the most recognisable brands and voices in nonfiction.
