We're looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function as player-coach, setting the strategic direction for our brand and line managing a Brand & Content Executive, staying hands-on in the detail alongside them. The Role This is a strategic leadership role with a hands-on edge and genuine line management responsibility. You'll set the direction and own the positioning, then line manage a Brand & Content Executive, directing their day-to-day delivery and owning their performance and development, while stepping in yourself where it's needed. You'll be instrumental in shifting our marketing to a confident B2B presence, developing the language, content and campaigns that resonate with the enterprise, financial services, defence and public sector organisations we work with.
