About the Role
The Marketing Officer will play a key role in supporting the company's marketing strategy and enhancing brand awareness across multiple regions. This position is ideal for a creative, proactive marketing professional who enjoys developing engaging content and managing a variety of marketing initiatives from concept through to delivery.
Working within a small and agile marketing team, the successful candidate will support a broad range of campaigns, communications, and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing campaigns that promote the company's projects, services, and brand.
- Create engaging marketing content, including photography (drone photography experience desirable), graphics, and video content from concept through to final production.
- Design high-quality marketing materials such as infographics, presentations, promotional literature, and digital graphics.
- Develop and manage content across social media platforms, website updates, press releases, and short-form video channels.
- Support the planning and delivery of corporate events, project launches, site visits, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports analysing campaign effectiveness and key performance metrics.
- Coordinate multiple marketing projects in line with departmental objectives and marketing plans.
- Assist with the management of marketing budgets and prepare updates for internal management and board reporting.
- Stay informed of industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance marketing activity and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support project-specific marketing initiatives.
- Produce clear, engaging, and consistent communications that reflect the organisation's values and brand identity.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Essential:
- Third-level qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years' experience in a marketing role.
- Strong experience producing creative content across digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva.
- Experience in photography, video production, and video editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- High level of creativity and attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Previous experience within the construction, engineering, or built environment sectors.
- Experience using drone photography or videography for marketing purposes.
