Marketing Operations Lead — Maternity Cover

The Celtic Collection is seeking a Marketing Office Manager on a maternity cover basis in Newport. You will oversee the day-to-day marketing department operations, working closely with the Group Marketing Director and Head of Marketing to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

You will manage budgets, coordinate workloads, and support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration while maintaining confidentiality and collaborative team spirit.
