Master Data Administrator

Master Data Administrator Location: Glascoed Rate: £13.94 per hour Contract: 6 months Working Pattern: Hybrid Morson are recruiting on behalf of BAE Systems, for a Master Data Administrator to join their Finance Shared Services team in Glascoed. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking, dependable and motivated individual to join BAE Systems' Master Data team, supporting the accurate and timely management of customer, supplier and employee data across multiple systems. The Role As a Master Data Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of data accuracy and quality while providing an effective service to internal business partners. Key Responsibilities: Input, review and maintain customer and supplier master data across multiple ERP systems Carry out credit checks and due diligence activities Create and update employee bank details Complete supplier call-backs to verify bank details Maintain customer credit limits Carry out monthly customer and supplier reviews Complete self-assurance checks to support audit and governance requirements Attend customer meetings and provide support on ongoing service requirements Ensure all activities are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines Skills & Experience Experience working across multiple systems is desirable Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Experience undertaking routine administrative and clerical tasks Strong awareness of data quality and accuracy Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to strict deadlines Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team Professional approach when dealing with managers and finance teams Self-motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude Willingness and ability to learn and develop new skills This is a great opportunity to gain experience with BAE Systems, a leading aerospace and defence organisation, with opportunities for development and progression within a large Finance function.
