Material Progress Chaser – External MRO

Finally, this has fantastic opportunity to travel and experience  a manner of different cultures as this role requires us to go to countries such as Turkey, Jordan and UK + Ireland, to name but a few.RequirementsOur Ryanair Material controller will have the following responsibilities while overseeing and supporting the maintenance check being performed by an external MRO. Duties Include but will not limited to:Ensuring all material and part requests are processed with updates regularly providedEnsuring all applicable costs are approved and purchased in a timely mannerAttending daily meeting with onsite teams and MRO party representatives Ensuring all unserviceable materials and components are processed correctly, and all retuning Ryanair materials are processed in accordance with correct processes and proceduresResponsible for confirming incoming shipments that arrive from Ryanair as required at the MRO by ensuring what has been requested, has been sent and arrived correctlyLiaising with the MRO stores teams to ensure deliveries arrive in good condition and stored correctly in accordance with the regulationEnsuring all shipments are being monitored through transit and ensuing all arrive on time and providing updatesFully responsible for the control, movement, and management of all RYR onsite materials at the external MROResponsible for updating RYR AMOS system when shipments arrive at MRO baseResponsible for updating RYR AMOS system daily as RYR stock is consumed by the MRO baseEnsuring RYR inventory checks are carried out frequently within the MROEnsuring all parts and materials supplied to MRO have correct certification as required, printed off and supplied before materials arrive to facility.We are looking for in a candidate…Proactive, positive approach, ability to work on own initiative and work without direct supervisionMust have excellent communication skills, including excellent English, written and oralMust have a can-do attitudeMust be organized and have the ability to manage time and prioritiesRequired to travel to MRO base through duration of maintenance programMust be a team player will go the extra mileStrong problem-solving abilitiesA strong knowledge of Microsoft packages / computer systemsBenefitsCompetencies
